We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
